Please allow 1 business day for us to get your LUA packs ready for delivery. You’ll get a shipment notification email as soon as LUA is on the way!

LUA currently ships worldwide at a $12.95 flat rate. International free shipping is available for orders AUD$75 and above. To shop in your selected local currencies, click on the top right button to select your currency preference. 

All international standard and express shipping are shipped by a selected courier and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. LUA Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, incorrect addresses for all shipments - we reserve the right to charge any additional re-shipment fees for packages sent back to us. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact hello@lualashes.com.au within 14 days from the delivery confirmation email.

Please also note, International Orders may be subject to tax and duties by your country’s custom. The recipient is responsible for all import fees. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

We are sorry LUA did not work for you. Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer returns or exchange for ‘change of mind’ after purchase.

Please note : Our lashes are handcrafted, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor and is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual fibres. 

In the unlikely situation LUA arrived defective or damaged, please email hello@lualashes.com.au within 14 days from receiving them and we will replace or provide store credit.

You will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed by our team.
